Bioclimatic Architecture
Our building has been designed according to bioclimatic principles by senior architects Natasha Pulitzer and Sergio Los www.sinergyaprogetti.com. Using natural building materials and bioclimatic design advanced building technologies we can minimize our energy consumption for both lighting and heating/cooling. We only use electric energy from renewable resources coming form our own solar power plant installed on our roofs with a saving of 32T of CO2/year.
We have been using only natural materials such as wood, mineralized wood and stone. Our building can be completely disassembled and re-used or recycled. Sustainability is the base of our way to operate.
